What we offer
True Crime in Context is a podcast and website that examines Argentine criminal cases and the culture, media, power and systems around them. The content is journalism and commentary offered for information and entertainment. It is not legal, psychological or professional advice.
How we handle the cases
We report on real people and real events, drawing on public records and reporting. We aim to be accurate, restrained and fair, and to respect the presumption of innocence: where a matter is unresolved we say so, and we distinguish between what is alleged, charged, convicted or acquitted. If you believe we have made a factual error, tell us at hello@crimeincontext.com and we will review it.
Intellectual property
The episodes, scripts, dossiers, artwork, text and design of True Crime in Context are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. You may listen, link and share for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Things you send us
If you send us a tip, question or other message, you confirm you are free to share it and you grant us permission to use it in connection with the show. Please do not send confidential information, or anything unlawful, defamatory or that infringes someone else’s rights. We are not obliged to use, keep or reply to submissions.
